Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actor who has received critical recognition for her talents. Sagittarius born the actress was born on December 3 of 1960 on the state of North Carolina. She is the oldest out of the three children born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) as well as Anne Smith, a psychologist. She is of English-Scottish descent.
